FightWell

Support

Last updated: August 10, 2026

FightWell gives two partners a private space to work through a conflict together, with Claire — a guide who stays neutral and is there for the relationship. If something isn't working, or you just have a question, we'd like to hear from you.

Email support@fightwell.app. A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within two business days. Telling us which device you're on and what you were doing when it went wrong gets you a useful answer faster.

Common questions

How do I connect with my partner?

One of you opens the app and shares the invite code or QR shown on the pairing screen; the other enters it, or scans the code, on their own device. Once that lands you're both in the same space and can open your first situation. A space holds exactly two people.

What can my partner see?

Each situation has a Together chat you both read, and a Private chat that only you and Claire can see. Your partner never sees your private chat, and Claire never repeats or attributes what you said there. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Is Claire a therapist?

No. Claire is an AI guide, not a licensed therapist, and FightWell is not therapy, medical care, or a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.

I'm not getting notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for FightWell in your device's system settings, and that the toggle in the app's own Settings screen is on. If both look right and it's still quiet, email us.

How do I unpair, or delete my account?

Both live in Settings. Unpair separates you from your partner; Delete Account removes your account entirely. Deleting your account also deletes the shared space, including your partner's side of it — see Delete Your Account before you do it.

FightWell is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, or someone's safety is at risk, contact your local emergency number. In the US you can also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or text START to 88788 to reach the National Domestic Violence Hotline.
